The guarantee
Every DreamOS purchase is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, provided you've used fewer than 5 dream sessions from the pack. This lets you properly try the app — log a few dreams, see how the interpretations and dictionary feel — before deciding it's not for you.
If you've already used 5 or more sessions from a pack, that pack isn't eligible for a refund, since the majority of its value has been delivered. Top-up packs used after a refunded main pack are not affected.
How to get a refund
Email theunifiedway1@gmail.com from the email address you bought with, within 14 days of purchase, and let us know you'd like a refund. No forms, no exit interview. If you tell us what didn't work, we'll read it and it helps us improve DreamOS, but it's not a condition of the refund.
What happens next
Refunds are issued through Gumroad to your original payment method, normally within a few business days of your request. Depending on your bank, the money can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
The honest fine print
- The 14 days count from the date of purchase, shown on your Gumroad receipt.
- Refunds are limited to accounts that have used fewer than 5 dream sessions from the pack being refunded.
- Refunding a pack ends your license to the credits from that pack, and any interpretations or dictionary entries generated using those credits.
- One refund per customer, per pack.
